Jackson Miller is the founder of Civitas, an Indiana-based public policy software company. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Wabash College.

Miller previously served as marketing manager at Kroger Gardis and Regas, an Indianapolis law firm founded in 1937, where he managed media outreach and social media accounts. He also worked as a summer clerk tracking Indiana state legislation and helped advocate on behalf of public schools across the state of Indiana.
