Jackson Miller is deputy legislative director at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. He founded Civitas, an Indiana-based public policy software company. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Wabash College.

Miller serves as treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Wabash County and is a board member of Young Professionals of Wabash County.

He previously served as marketing manager at Kroger Gardis and Regas, an Indianapolis law firm founded in 1937, managing media outreach and social media accounts. He also worked as a summer clerk tracking Indiana legislation and helped advocate for public schools across the state.
